Hi Diana. So, tell me about yourself; where are you from?
I’m from the Ukraine but I’ve lived here in Cascais for 8 years. I’m 16. I go to IBN Mucana in Alcabideche.
And when did you start studying at ELC?
Maybe it was about 5 years ago.
And why did you start studying here?
Well, first it was my mum. She thought I would need it for the future. But then in just a few lessons I liked this a lot and I don’t want to stop.
So what do you like about studying here?
just the environment; the teachers are really cool, we don’t feel like in a school; we don’t have the obligations you know, we have more freedom.
And how do you think English will help you in the future?
It will give me lots of possibilities in different areas for work and just maybe if you are going to travel or spend some time with our friends – now we have computers we can make friend with people from different countries.
And what advice would you have to younger students in the school?
To do homework, to work hard because it’s really important – you improve more and more, and don’t stop!
