Course content:
Our approach is communicative; in class you have as much opportunity as possible to interact with your classmates and teacher. We focus on:
- Speaking as much as possible with classmates and the teacher
- Improving your grammar and vocabulary by using your Course Book and Work Book
- Using authentic materials, e.g. newspaper articles, Internet audio material
- Borrowing from ELC’s library of graded readers for out-of-class study
Levels:
One academic year = 105 hours
Regular homework is given to consolidate class work.
We advise and support you if you are falling behind. We also recognise speedy progress and make sure you ‘jump up’ a level if appropriate.
